LUNCHEON MEETING AT GOODNOE FARM DAIRY BAR

Approval of the Minutes: Mr. Roberts moved to approve the minutes of the February 2, 2006 meeting as presented. Ms. Broderick seconded; the motion carried unanimously.

Call to Order: In the absence of the chairman, Mr. Harwood called the meeting to order.
Codes Department Business Development Report
Mr. Harwood presented his report, covering January 2006. He noted a new medical office project near Wiltshire Walk, that the Planning Commission was awaiting a traffic study related to Cam Troilo’s Homewood Suites project, and that the Brandywine project (including the bridge) had been approved.

Joint Downtown Newtown Corporation
Ms. Dunleavy reported that January AHA! had been successful, with a theme of Fire and Ice and a number of related activities. The next Aha! Friday will be on February 3, 2006. Ms. Dunleavy announced the appointment of four new JDNC board members: Dave Callahan and Paul Salvatore by the Borough; John Baker and Phil Calabro by the Township; and the reappointment of Vince Lombardi by the Township.
