Application of Kenneth I. Bonn

Mr. Potero read into the record the application of Kenneth I. Bonn, owner, requesting the Joint Municipal Zoning Ordinance of 2007 as affected by the Hidden Lake Final Plan to permit a 10 feet by 16 feet storage shed on a 12 feet by 18 feet slab resulting in an impervious surface ratio of 19.89 where the maximum permitted is 19.24% (by prior variance). The subject property is 26 Bayshore Drive, Hidden Lake in the CM – Conservation Management Zoning District, being known as tax parcel #29-3-48-19.

Mr. Wind asked if anyone wished to be party to this application. There was no response.

Kenneth I. And Lauren Bonn were sworn in. Mr. Bonn explained that he wished to install a shed in his backyard but this would require zoning relief for the additional impervious surface.

Mr. Vogt noted that there had been a prior variance for this property.

Mr. Wind said that this is a very small increase in impervious surface.

Mr. Auchinleck explained that if a variance is granted it is for relief from the Township ordinance, but the final plan for Hidden Lake must be amended at the County.

Mr. Potero moved to grant a variance from the Joint Municipal Zoning Ordinance of 2007 as affected by the Hidden Lake Final Plan to permit a 10 foot by 16 foot storage shed on a 12 foot by 18 foot slab resulting in an impervious surface ratio of 19.89% where the maximum permitted is 19.24% (by prior variance.) Mr. Wind seconded and the motion passed 3-0.

Mr. Wind moved to adjourn at 8:00 PM. Mr. Potero seconded and the motion passed 3-0.
