August 2007-N.E.S.D. E-551 responded with Rescue 80 (Yardley) to a reported truck fire on Chilton Rd in Middletown Township. Units arrived to find a trash truck on fire. The trash truck was directed to a dead end street and the contents of the truck were dumped. Crews extinguished visible fire and overhauled the pile looking for hot spots. The trucks owner was notified of the situation and clean up crews were responding. Units on scene approx. 1 hr.
