October 2006 - E55-1 was dispatched to a reported School Bus accident at the intersection of Woodbourne Rd and Ellis Rd in Middletown Township. E55-1, R45, R80 & Medic 167 arrived to find a T-Bone accident with one patient trapped. Crews were in service to remove patient from vehicle and delivered to awaiting medical personnel.
