October 2006 - E55-1 in conjunction with Newtown Artesian Water Company employees received Confined Space Rescue Training provided by Bucks County Emergency Services Training Center. The training was held on location on Water Company property. Here crews simulate a worker in an underground pipe incapacitated by fumes. Personnel monitored air quality, donned harnesses and set up rescue apparatus to rescue the downed worker.
