| Can I pay citation fines at the police station? |

The only fines that can be paid at the police station are parking tickets
that are in yellow envelopes, typically placed on the windshield of your
vehicle that was parked illegally. Most parking tickets are issued to
motorists who choose to park in the fire lane in our shopping centers, too
close to a fire hydrant or where parking is prohibited by signs. All
other fines must be paid at District Court:

| Is soliciting permitted in the township? |

Answer: |

| Soliciting is only allowed with a proper permit. Permits can be obtained at the police department,
Erin Crawford (215) 968-2800 x232 will assist you with the application process. The applicant must provide photo
identification, and the results from a criminal record check from the Pennsylvania State Police. There is a $100 fee for one year, non-profit
groups are exempt from the fee, but should notify police when they are going to canvas the area. |

| How can I obtain a copy of a police or accident report? |

| Please contact Reenie Cosden (215) 968-2800 x223 to determine when the accident report will be
available. Please keep in mind that officers have up to ten working days to complete the report.
Motor Vehicle Accident reports can either be purchased, there is a $15.00 fee, at the police
building during normal business hours (Mon - Fri) 8:30 to 4:00, but it is best to call ahead so
we can have the report ready for you. If it is more convenient, feel free to send a written
request along with a self-addressed stamped envelope, a check for $15.00 and the report will be
mailed to you. No police reports are ever faxed. Please make checks payable to Newtown Township
Police Department.

| Does the Township offer a fingerprinting service? |

| Fingerprinting Services will be provided to Newtown Township
residents for a fee of $25.00. Fingerprinting will be done for employment and licensing purposes. Please contact
