Dedicated Roads vs. Non-Dedicated Roads
The Newtown Township Public Works Department is responsible for
maintaining the integrity of ALL Dedicated roads within the Township. All
Non-Dedicated roads, or roads that have not been released by the builder to
the township, are the sole responsibility of the builder and/or elected
Home Owner's Association.
State Roads
Within the Township of Newtown there are several State owned roadways.
The maintenance and provisions of said State roads is in no way related to
The Public Works office. The State roads are:
