The Technology Department was created in 1997. It was formed to pull from all departments' budgeting and maintenance and for a better means to track expenses into one.

Today, Technology Assistant Beth Leone staff the Technology Department, with oversight of the Assistant Township Manager.

The department is responsible for the local computer network, computer hardware and software, telephone system, email, cable channel 22, website, document imaging and many other related items.
